Meet the Team
Brenda Wade was born to be a realtor! Her father was a contractor in Pensacola, Florida, and she grew up watching homes be built. She remembers almost every night, family conversations centering around something her dad was working on. A natural gift for sales, and her early life, helped to launch her Real Estate career in 1984. She was the Top Rookie, Top Producer from the very beginning month she entered the business. Along the way, she opened/owned a successful Re/Max office before relocating from Houston to Atlanta and finally Tampa, where she has lived for over 20 years. Her first passion is her family, married to her high school sweetheart, Ronney, son Austin, his bride Brittany, and daughter, Alison, a senior at Auburn University.
Ronney is a combination of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Team. He has a servant’s heart and works diligently to see that the business/operation side of our Team runs effectively. After 30 years as Director of Operations for Coca Cola Enterprises, he retired to a new career in real estate. He brings his years of experience and his passion for family to a new level on the Brenda Wade Team.
Austin Wade is a third generation Realtor. He has deep Florida roots but was born in Texas, and has lived in Atlanta, and yes, even, Alabama while at Auburn University. Prior to moving back to Brandon and joining the team as a listing specialist, Austin lived and worked in Lakeland, Fl. He was recently married to the love of his life, Brittany Wilson Wade.
Barb is the Executive Assistant to Brenda. She is focused on all of Brenda’s clients and customers. Barb’s positive attitude and upbeat spirit make her the perfect communicator to our clients as they travel through the process of selling their home. Barb comes to the Brenda Wade Team after a long career in the Education field. She graduated college with a triple major in Education specializing in helping kids that struggle with Learning Disabilities. Barb was the Teacher of the Year at Springhead Elementary in Plant City. Barb’s caring spirit and soft heart is shown through the eight years she spent tutoring at the Bread of Life Mission in Plant City. Barb has also taught 1st grade Sunday school for the past 20 years with her husband, Tom. She has two wonderful children. Austin, who is a graduate of USF in Economics, and works for the PGA married his best friend, Ally; and Tori, who has a strong desire to be a medical missionary in Kenya, is a new nurse at TGH, and recently married a wonderful man, Jesse.
Carolina was born in Miami but has lived in the Tampa area for the past 18 years. Carolina attended the University of Central Florida before she joined the Team as the listing assistant. It didn’t take long for her to advance to Listing Manager and it is Carolina’s sweet voice and spirit that welcomes you as you embark on the journey of selling your home with the Brenda Wade Team. Carolina and Matt are newlyweds, joined in marriage in the fall of 2014! She has the sweetest dogs in the world and she is determined, organized, and motivated! Carolina loves the Brenda Wade Team!
Emily was born and raised in Rhode Island, and relocated to Florida to attend college.After earning her bachelor’s degree in business at Florida Southern College, she decided to remain in the “Sunshine State.” She’s a sports enthusiast and loves the opportunity to attend the various sporting events in the area. Emily works as the Closing Coordinator, making sure all the details are covered to ensure a smooth closing on your home.
Rachel is our Office Assistant. This means Rachel helps out with just about anything that is needed on the Brenda Wade Team! Rachel was born and raised here in the Brandon area. The Lord blessed her with 2 loving parents, a twin brother, and 4 younger siblings. Rachel graduated from Brandon High School in 2011, and attended HCC on an honors scholarship. One of her greatest passions is to dance for the Lord. She serves as the Arts4Students Dance Instructor at Bell Shoals Baptist Church where she gets to dance and minister to middle and high school aged girls. Rachel’s heart is to serve others to show the love of Christ and loves to brighten people’s day with a smile which is a great asset to the Brenda Wade Team!
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Sue attended the London South Bank University majoring in finance. In 1990 she became a Chartered Certified Accountant and for nearly 20 years worked in various finance departments in corporate businesses in London. In 2005, tired of big city life, Sue and her husband, along with their 2 children,decided to relocate to the Tampa area. Finding herself without the necessary paperwork, Sue found herself stuck in the UK while the rest of her family moved to Tampa! While her husband looked for a home for their family, Sue found Brenda online. After talking with Brenda, she realized that Brenda was the realtor for her family and purchased a home sight unseen! In August 2006, nine months after relocating and a chance meeting in Panera Bread, Sue found herself working for the Brenda Wade Team. As Office Manager, Sue has seen a lot of changes. When Sue started, the team had two agents and two admin staff which has now grown to seven agents and six admin staff. Sue loves what she does and considers the team her extended family.
Sondra is a Florida native. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and moved to Hillsborough County. She graduated from Brandon High School and attended Hillsborough Community College. She has happily worked in the real estate field since 1987 and obtained her Real Estate license in 1992. She has managed office transactions for over 22 years. Excellent care and constant communication with our clients is her top priority! She works diligently as the Closing Manager to ensure a smooth process from start to finish! Sondra has been married for over 30 years, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. She is very patriotic and her husband and son are both US Marines. She loves reading a good book, walking her dogs, going to church, stargazing, aircraft, and relaxing with her family! If you look closely, you may just see her out there on the weekends, cruising around the Florida roads on the back of her husband’s motorcycle!
Tami works hard for the Brenda Wade Team putting up SOLD signs, delivering flyers, adding or removing lock boxes, checking on vacant homes, working in the office and various other things needed to take care of our clients’ homes during the selling process. Tami is originally from Michigan and relocated to sunny Florida in 2001. Tami has a wonderful husband, son, daughter & son-in-law, and she’s the proud grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren!
Alison is right at home in the Real Estate market.As a Navy wife for the last 17 years, she has experienced all sides of the transaction and knows how to be an asset to any buyer.Alison’s strong work ethic and loyalty are some of her best qualities, and she’ll make your buying needs her #1 priority.Watching the market daily and being in constant communication with local lenders, she will help her buyers make the best decision for their budget.She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and holds the honorable designation of Military Relocation Professional.With contagious enthusiasm, she’ll help you find that next home for your family.Alison is married to her high school sweet heart who is an active duty Naval Aviator. In her spare time, Alison enjoys watching her three beautiful daughters dance and play soccer. She loves all things related to Florida State Football.
Debbie loves pursuing her lifelong dream of a real estate career! Her passion is meeting people and finding the best way to meet their needs of purchasing a home. Every aspect of the process is exciting to her. Debbie has lived in the area for 20 years and the knowledge gained from that experience is very helpful to her buyers. Debbie is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Debbie is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, and has 2 children. Ryan is pursuing his MBA at Darden/UVA and Aimee is married to Nick and has the most beautiful daughter, Cate. They live in Kentucky as Nick finishes his seminary degree and Aimee teaches elementary education. Debbie loves traveling, concerts, and spending time with her friends. She also loves Jesus! She couldn’t do this without Him!
After being part of the Closing Team for two years, Jeanie has transitioned to become a Buyer’s Specialist with the Brenda Wade Team. Her experience working with hundreds of listings as they progressed from “under contract” to “closed and funded”, will be very beneficial to her buyers as she guides them in their search for the right home for their family. Jeanie came to the Brenda Wade Team from a background in graphics and administration. After 20 years of owning their own business in the graphics industry, homeschooling their 3 children, and managing the day to day responsibilities of running a FL auction business, Jeanie has learned quite well that attention to detail and multi-tasking are great skills to have. Jeanie has been married 25 years and has 3 amazing kids; a son in 11th grade and dual-enrolled at HCC, and a son and daughter full time in college. Her life is blessed!
LaChelle has great insight into the mind of a buyer having gained experience as a buyer herself. She has built a home, purchased a foreclosure, and she purchased a short sale as the backup offer on a property. She began her Real Estate career in 2005 in the Pensacola area and then moved to Tampa in 2008. Her attention to detail, observant and patient nature is a benefit to her buyers as she guides them to the perfect home. LaChelle has spent over nine years navigating the ebb and flow of the real estate market. She has sailed through the rise of real estate, rode the rough seas of the short sales and foreclosures, and now bobbing the waves of our new market. LaChelle is married to a US Navy veteran, loves the beach, and loves to travel. Visiting Bali, Tahiti, and New Zealand are definitely on her bucket list!
Mary was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin, a city on the shore of Lake Michigan in “America’s Dairyland”. With the background of working as an Executive Administrative Assistant for executives in Fortune 500 companies, Mary comes to the Brenda Wade Team with the skills needed to be a meticulous and diligent advocate for her buyers. Mary is a great listener who works hard to guide her buyers to the perfect property to meet their needs. Mary has completed various rigorous educational programs such as the Graduate Real Estate Institute and is a Florida Military Specialist, and a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Mary’s husband is a retired Chief Master Sergeant with the US Air Force, she is active with her church’s youth sports (Soccer) outreach program, and is involved with the women’s ministry there.
The United States Air Force brought the Molenaar family to Florida in 1996. Pamela has been all over the United States and Europe but loves sunny Florida the best which is why they settled here after her husband retired from the military. After 15 years in the accounting field, Pamela started her career in Real Estate in 2003 when she went to work for local home builder, Sunrise Homes, where she discovered her passion for real estate. Pamela joined the Brenda Wade Team in March 2005 as Brenda’s first buyer’s specialist and puts the experience and knowledge of the building process to good use when working with buyers who want to build new. Of course she loves working with buyers of all kinds – new and re-sales! She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. Pamela is also a Military Housing Ambassador for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors at MacDill AFB where she volunteers to help military personnel relocating to the area with her extensive knowledge of the greater Tampa Bay area and of course her own military relocation experiences. She draws on her education and training in Business Administration, Accounting and Buyer Specialization to bring all the details together for her buyers. Pamela and her husband of 29 years have 3 wonderful children: one in college, one in high school and one in preschool! In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, volunteering or just hanging out with the family by the pool.
Susan has been a licensed realtor for 12 years. Her background in communications gives her insight and imaginative thinking as she works with her buyers to help them find the perfect home to meet their needs, fit their budget, and become a home for their family. Her commitment and experience bring a level of service that her buyers love and appreciate. Susan is married and has three wonderful children.
